I use an Airtel prepaid connection 3G services. Everytime i recharge my phone the entire recharge amount gets consumed for their 3G services within a day without actually using the services. When i went to their Customer Care center in Begumpet they said call up the helpline no *123#. I called them up every time this happens and they say that we apologize for the inconvenience and the next time onwards this will not happen as they will send me a message before my recharge is due. But this has never happened. I have lost in excess of Rs3000 without even a call.
And if you call the customer care you will have to call more than 3 times because not sure if they drop the call on purpose or their network is such that your call will get dropped 3 times on an avg and then they go head and charge you for that call.
