Not responding the customer request

Hereby my house bordband connection was not working due to flood of water in my area ..

so that i called to my network operator "airtel customer care "

to connect my mobile gprs to my home pc ..

once i ask the manual setting to the respective person they cut my call without clear my problem...

pls tak nessecary action to them...
