I am working in JUBA - SOUTH SUDAN which is a Independent Country since June 9 - 2011. Till November my wife could call me through prefix (249) which was then SUDANs Intl. prefix code. Since South Sudan got Independence a new Intl. prefix code was announced (211). when ever my wife calls from (Kanyakumari - Tamilnadu) she hear an announcement stating you are not allowed to call this number. Vodafone and other service provider users are able to call here. Its is only users from Airtel are unable to call here. My wife had launched a complaint against this in Airtel office in Nagercoil - Kanyakumari (Tamilnadu) office located at WCC road so far no she has not got any information from your esteemed organization. Neither her or any Airtel user are able to call South Sudan.
