Hi

I have been facing this issue with Airtel for the last 3 months & none of them have bothered to correct my billing issue. When I had issues with my Airtel 3g datacard of getting only 40kbps speed, I had called them close to 30 to 40 calls for a period of 75 days. This resulted in them activating 3g services on my calling number (8754474851) & have been charging for me Rs 650 every month for the last 2 months. Instead of rectifying my datacard. On repeated calling to have this rectified has gone to dumb ears. Now I have been charged every month 650 for a service which I have never asked & never used. Also for the month where I did not get the speed they promised, they have charged me on my datacard. Please help me solve this problem.
