NON-ACTIVATION OF SIM

Hi, I had got AIRTEL Sim on the 17-Dec from an Airtel Store (PARK STREET). I was told that the sim will be activated within a day. Its almost 2 weeks now, the sim is still not activated. On following up with the nodal officer over emails, the only reply that i kept on getting was "WHAT'S THE AIRTEL NUMBER"., even after sharing it with them, and metioning it in the subject line. I visited the Airtel store, Park street yesterday, to my surprise the sales officer who had sold the connection to us went to the locker room to find my documents isn’t that ridiculous.
