I am a customer of Airtel prepaid mobile for a long time. For 1 year, airtel has been forcing unwanted services on my mobile and deducting my balance. They, without asking activates some services on my mobile some times as a reason for this. I have complained to their customer care several times, but this practice is repeated even nowadays. I am visiting UK for the time being with international roaming activated and with enough balance to account for any emergency calls. But due to their mischievous activity I lost a huge balance. This is day robbing. How can a normal customer like me get justice? Could you please help or advice?
