I have purchased a new airtel connection (airtel race pack @ 99 Mob No. 9502058193), in which i got RS 80 TT, a2a @ 30p/min & free 200 MB 2G services data download. After activation, my balance was RS. 80, when i started browsing within a 5-10 minutes, balance got deducted which is of RS 70 change. I put query to customer care & they gave me assurance they will come to me with solutions but they didn't. Also I am daily trying to call CC but there is no response.
If I activate 2G data plan & again if balance will get deduct from main balance then same types of followups to do with no result. So please come back to me on my number specified & give solution to use airtel service. I bought this connection for DATA usage specially if this is happening then this is useless for me.
