Plz see the high level drama of Airtel for not doning MNP. See the Trail mail... you will undersatand how the company is harashing customer rights by activating the same no. again and again.

This is in reference to the email received on 15 December expressing your concern regarding the disconnection of the services for your airtel mobile number 9934363060.

We regret for the delay in response to your email and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

As per our telephonic conversation, we would like to inform you that, your concern regarding the disconnection of the services for the above-mentioned number has been addressed.

As per the feedback received from the concerned team, we would like to inform you that, the above-mentioned number has been activated with effect from 5 December.

Further, we would like to inform you that, you can port out from our network once the duration of 90 days are completed from the date of activation of the number.

In regards to the same, we have registered your feedback and would be working to ensure that this is incorporated in our service delivery in future.

Also, we would like to inform you that, at airtel we believe that our customers' inputs and feedback helps improvise our services and ensure that, we strive towards achieving the customer satisfaction.
