This request is regarding my landline connection of Airtel which I was using since last 2 years. I have shifted my place to my new place which is located in the same socity. Giving below the brife details for easy understanding of my last comunication held with Airtel customer care:--

I have a big big issue for shifting my connection on my new address.. So many complain's request's already login but my problem not solve till today. I am chasing since 5th Nov but thr is soluction for my problem. I even did not received a call from airtel to know how much i am miserable due to all following delay. I really want some one to see the complete story of my journey with airtel since i made first req for shifting:-

1- I made the req on 1st week of nov to shift my connection from old flat to new flat which is in the same socity.

2- I have informed my airtel that my new flat area is not suitable for airtel connection so shiffting will not be possible. Ok

3- I have informed by airtel that as area is not feasible so my connection will be disconnected. Pls mark Airtel said not me that connection will be DISCONNECTED.

4- after only 3 days I have meet a guy who was from Airtel it self came to my place and offered my new connection of airtel at my new home. Wow i got surprised and i inform him that i come to know that dis area is not suitable for conn so how u will offer. He said no i can gv u at your add in 3 days time even free of cost if u want as u already have modem & all. I req again him to arrange my old conn only he denied for that.

4- I again inform cust care for this and my inspection of area re-arranged.

5- now dis time area got suitable for airtel. How dont know?

6- request again log in.. Person came for wring..done his job.. Again next day person came for dialtone did his job but wrong as he has given me wrong no dialtone which is still running with me what to do for that.

7- After all dis my work got stopped at suddenly i got a call from airtel that i have some overdue of amount 1365 rs and till the time dis will not be paid my connection will not be started as my incoming also stopped.

8- ok i have done payment even of rs 1300 but after that also till today my phone not working and massage coming temp out of order.

9- i got a call from airtel 2 days back that my servises has been started so incoming & outgoing will be started. But as advised that is still now started.

10- i made so many req compain but no one is thr to help me.

So now after dis long story for just a small thing to shift my connection pls advise what u will do if u will be in my place. My servise is stopped since first week of nov what shd i do.. Pls if u guys want me to come any whr for begging pls so let me know as my fault is only dis that i am a 2 years old customer of airtel.
