Invalid transection

I have a very bad experience with airtel...

they have deducted around 50 rupees first and when i complaint that in this form,

they gave it back to me..

but now on 6 feb at3:50 pm, they do the same (deduct) balance from my account and block my customer care service...

plz solve that n stop these kind a foolish deduction

help me, otherwise i will go to consumer court for these.
