I used postpaid Airtel No. -9996999931. Extra charges added in my postpaid Bills . when i visited to Airtel Office at hisar they Reduced & promised me not will be added in next month. But same things repeated again & again to me. During this period i faced many problems because of Problem. to correct the bills i visited airtel office again & again that was around 7 km away from my home. when i did not get the Solution for that i changed the network. After one year i got the call from an Advocate Chandigarh high court. He told me that a case is going to file against you so you deposit 1000 rs inspite of around 1700 rs mentioned in Bill. after depositing 1000 rs your account will be settle & Extra money Mentioned in bill will not be taken & there will be no filing against you. As he said i Visited to Airtel office in Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pardesh. their i conformed my bill. i Deposited 1000 rs at Airtel office hisar & informed to that advocate also on Mobile. But Today (11-02) about one year i got an call from Mr vikramjeet that you have to deposit 782 rs then he will settel my case. I am mentally tortured by Airtel company Service & now by these kind of calls. pleas take an Necceassary action.
