My connection is deactivated. When I called AIRTEL help deks, I was adviced to visit a Airtel Store with required documents, so I did.
I visited Airtel Office at Sector 25 Noida on 11th Feb with all documents. The staff their is not able to solve my problem, asked me to wait till thier Vishal sir reachs. Mr Vishal who reached at 11 AM, after addressing few other customers attended me, but that was frustuating experience.
He suggested to take a new connection forgetting this one even though I was carrying all required documents.
I am confused why there is two different version between help desk and Airtel store, if this is not possible to re-activate my blocked number, (as per Mr. Vishal) why helpdesk asked me to visit the store.
