Wrong deduction from balance

The Airtel which is considered to be best network when it comes to telecommunication is getting worst day by day. I got a recharge on my no (7508764331) 2days ago and had a balance of more then Rs90.By the late evening of 21/02 my balance was just left with Rs34 and what worst worst can be expected from the customer care when they were not able to handle my query they simply gave me a suggestion of portability to some other MSP which was really shocking on the part of consumer. I have already ported this no from VODAFONE to AIRTEL on the belief that they are the best MSP. Being a student and rational consumer i want my valuable money back and am strongly a great negative word of mouth for AIRTEL people.
