Deduction of Balance

My mobile no is 9016901772.On 12-03 an amount of Rs.100 has been deducted from my account balance. And this is the third time it has happened, in the recent past twice they have deducted rs. 200 and Total rs. 300/-. Presently i am outside of India, but i m not using this number for making and receiving calls. The SIM card is in my mobile just to use the phonebook in SIM. When i complained to the Customer service they say that i have received a call. That's why it has been deducted. Here i would like to mention that I did not receive any call, even i did not get any missed call. And if there is no call has come to my mobile, how i can receive? When i enquire the matter at my level, by asking the caller of the number mentioned by Customer Care, the caller told me that he tried to call me, and the call jumped. As it is a matter of call jump which is the fault at company part, and the company has imposed it on me by deducting my balance. Inspite of making several complaints to the customer care no action has been taken to credit my balance, this type of behaviour raise a question to the credibility of the company. They are showing their records but how can the customer prove that he did not get any call?

Sir please look into the matter. it has happened 3 times with me this is the 3rd time.
