Mobile recharge faild

Have recharged my mobile no.7869311871 at Rs 50 on date 23/03, throuh pnb debit card.pnb dabit 50rs in my account. But I did not recive recharge value (i.e. Rs 50) i received one message by paytm as dated 27/03 (we are now processing your refund to paytm cash).the order number is 23104053, then 27/03 dated time-18.23pm i received one coll after telifonic discusition he told to me your pement will be cridit in your account.but not received my pement or balance in my mobile so plz answer me on my mail [email protected] & solve my problem as soon as possible
