Sir, i am using airtel no. 9810193300. I had started blackberry internet pack of 399/- on 28/3. And the amount is detected from my acount. But till today i can not use the services. I had called airtel 121, 198, 7070 many times. But they all the manual setting and i do. I had change my sim (dupicate sim) from airtel on 31/3. But still gprs (internet) not working. They dont listen make excuses and all. They said ur mobile is not working so i use my other number in that mobile and it works. Please see to this matter and do the needfull. Thankyou.
