Airtel has deducted Rs. 389/- from my account and after seeing this when I tried to contact the customer care executivities of Airtel, they were unable to give any proper reason. Infact 4 of them told 4 different reasons. And when I asked them to clarify they told that they are transferring the call to senior officials but I guess all their seniors were busy right then and did'nt attend my call.
