Issue the Duplicate Sim Card

Dear sir/madam,

I am the customer for airtel and i am using the postpaid connection for the number 7738411625. When i was travelling the local train some unknown person snatched my mobile and ran away on the same day inform the customer care for block the number as per there say within 24hours they will issue new sim card for the same number but still yet i have not received sim card i m feeling very inconvenient without my contact number. Today i have talk to your customer care they have told me your request has cancelled due to your alternate mobile number was switch off, but my mobile number is not switch off and yesterday i had talk to your company executive and those people ensure me today morning i will get my new sim, but still i have not received my sim card. Today once again i booked my new request for your customer care and my request number is 43049998.

Please as soon as possible resolved my request and deliver my new sim card for the same number f
