Poor Servce & lack of response

I am a dedicated customer of Airtel since last 9 years, availing both landline and mobile service. I have got Plan-899 connection for my Blackberry in Oct'11 for my mobile 9980051265, enterprise email service is blocked since last 1 month without citing any reason. Whenever i call them, their service team had no clue to solve the problem and the seriousness to respond quickly. I am fed-up with Airtel and their servies, gives me feeling that this company may shut-down anytime. Most disgusting thing is they blamed my handset for poor service and later i confirmed that connection doesn;t work even after changing SIM to other handsets.

Last week i was in Chenni, there 'EDGE connection was there, but again lost when i came back to Bangalore.

Similiar thing happend with Landline, where broadband service is not working since last 3 months. They are unwilling to solve the problem and chasing for payment. i have requested for cancellation, they are dumb to my request and chasing for payment.

i have never experienced such dirty service from Airtel in the past and most frustrating thing is that they don;t bother to respond to customer complaints. i have decided to switchover to VODAFONE for Mobile phone and BSNL for landline as there is no sign of recovery from Airtel.
