I am AIRTEL customer with the number9096023468.The balance of my prepaid account is being deducted Rs. 34 without any prior notice and even without any pack activation.i have already complained to the customer care lots of time.there has not been any effort from the side of customer care to resolve this problem and they also deactivate the service. Now i am not able to connect with customer care.
I recharged sms pack rs.9/- on 16.04.2012 after 2 days my sms pack deactivated automatically, then i complained but the customer care does not reply any thing, they always told stay online then in meanwhile call was disconnect without any reason.
After a week period again im getting message to renew the pack.
You are requested to please see this and help me what i will do this regarding this.
