Cutting extra money for calls

Hi,

me user of airtel prepaid number 9597469091 wants to raise ccomplaint against airtel for the following reasons:

1) cutting 1.50rs/min for a std call where the actual rate is 30paise/min from 18.05.2012.

So please look into issue and kindly refund the amount

2) activating offers without user permission and cutting money for the same

3) No range or network at urapakkam area

4) Not having a proper customer care service, no executives to talk to

all these shows company's irresponsibility towards customer

So kindly look into issues and take appropriate action
