Deactivation of service

I am K. Sabahe from Chennai. My Airtel Sim Card No.8991400212020092580F and Mobile no. 9940014133. This No. i am using this number for the past five years. Initially i was using it as a prepaid connection and later on i switched to post paid connection upto April 26.04.2012. After this i once again switched over to prepaid connection. Today my Airtel number is disconnected without any prior notice. When asked the customer Relationship center i came to know that it was disconnected abruptly giving the reason, that the person was not at home, when the Airtel person had checked for verification. I request you to sort out this problem and activate me with the same number.
