I recharge a ISD calling card of Rs.35 regarding reduction of call charge. They told me that if I recharge that I can call on Uk in only Rs. 2.99. But every time I call they reduce Rs. 10 from my main a/c. Then I call to customer care after very long discussion they back my wrongly reducing money & also tell me that ur problem is now solve & I can call. But today When I call on UK mobile they then reduce 20 rs and disconnect the line and try so many time to contact customer care but they every time they disconnect my call.
So I want to know why this thing are happen with me & why they give the wrong information to saying that ur problem is solve?
