My mobile lost with SIM no 9002382551. complain lodged to customer care to block the SIM on 01.06.12 at about 78 hr's & the SIM card with same no received on 02.06.12 at 10 Hr's from the retailer. but till now the SIM not yet been activated. it resulted me great inconvenience.

after sale service is very poor .please look into the matter with immediate effect.
