I recently started using a Airtel Postpaid connection.
But since the 1st day, I am unhappy with the services, as i do not get Indoor Coverage in my Building, the time i get back home, i am cut off from the world, as there is absolutely no network...
Have raised multipe Service Requests:- 44064064, 43893141, but each time the SR was closed saying Issue resolved, without even bothering to contact me and know the actual issue.
I get the feeling that, they have an automated process, which closes the SR within the TAT, without even trying to correct the problem, just to boast of 100% compliance..
Its been more than a month now, and the network issue still persists, and if it continues any longer, will have no other option but to move to a better service provider, who value the Consumers rights and do not take them for a ride by such ridiculous Customer service process...
