Dear Sir,

My name is Parul bansal. I want to file a complaint against Airtel. Im a customer with Airtel for the last 13 yrs.i was traveling from 22ndmay -4rth June to UAE.i had put my mobile on an airplane mode, switched off the cellular data & data roaming. I have received a bill of Rps 16041/-for the month of may. My bill doesnt cross Rps2500-3000 max.my April invoice was Rps 1150/-i called the customer care, lost my cool on them as they werent understanding my problem atall & ive no interest to lie for this. How can they charge me on my wifi usage.

Sir, my request is to generate a new invoice with details of my internet usage last month i get regular discounts on bill every month. & i have regular update on my un billed amount!! This May invoice ive got no discounts too. Very shocking attitude of Airtel & their team.

Its IMPOSSIBLE to get this invoice, how can charge me on my WIFI!!!

Im still waiting for their call & a solution. According to the team they have already solved without an call back to me!!

I can mail you all the details n my last 2 month bills if required!!!
