Airtel customer Service is pathetic. I have been trying to connect the Customer care for more than an hour but no one picked up my call. But I get a confirmation message stating "Thank you for calling the help desk."
I am using a friends card for more than 4 years. I have to make a validity recharge. I have not yet received a message increasing the validity. I did try to search Internet but I was unable to find any on your website. Also the local shopkeeper says it is number specific.
So can you please hep me on urgent basis.
Hope this request falls on the deaf years of pathetic Airtel Customer Care.
