I am using blackberry device 8520. The internet on my mobile is not working since 15 days... I called up the customer care (airtel) service but they gave me a number which they call as a special blackberry no. for the comnplaints (7070)...
I dialled the same no. 7070 and they tell that this service is not available on your phone number.
i have atleast called them up 15 times but they just give me same number and the result is the same... the mobile internet is not working...
