AIRTEL DONT ACCEPT PORT OUT

I gave a PORT OUT request from airtel to idea network on 20/6 for my number xxxxxxxxxxxx. The number was withheld as it was told by you through phone conversation that ' It was withheld as i gave you customer executive a response that i am porting out due to problem in your network', and told me to try a PORT OUT on 3rd july when my UPID would expire. i gave the request again on 7/7 and had forward that to IDEA. Now I wanted a trouble free porting with in 7 days to IDEA. I told ur customer care that i am not having network on my workplace & home, when network is not available where its needed what should i do, keeping my number in your network and don't make calls.

Again!

I gave a PORT OUT request to my other number xxxxxxxxxxxx2 to IDEA hence my first number was not ported on 20/6, i thought of keeping it on airtel again with out waiting till 03/07 to get a unique porting id for my number xxxxxxxxxxxx. i gave request on 28/6 for xxxxxxxxxxxx to port to IDEA. I received a call back from airtel asking for the reason for PORT OUT, i told them i don't have any complaint and just wanted to switch to IDEA due to personal reasons. but till now its not yet ported.

i called ur customer rep. and he told me that they are not getting any details there and asked me to contact airtel office. you know that before this 3 months back i had a problem in recharge for number xxxxxxxxxxxx, i contacted the airtel office first and they responded that it was because i ented wrong 14 digit number during recharge and it tool 85 days for my problem to be solved after calling you twice in between and speaking to senior technical team of customer care..

whenever we have any serious problems and we calls customer care the response is 'Sorry Sir, as we are having a techical problem (or system is busy) we are not able to get your details, any ways we are taking your complaint and will be solved in 48 hours' or' kindly please contact your nearest airtel office, and the address is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'

Is Airtel making a habit always causing TROUBLE to customers.
