I have been deducted for some games pack rs 99 for 3 months now. My number is 9940184568. already I have notified customer care to stop this service. Yet they have reeduced my balance. this seems like a very fraudulent service provision from airtels side. my email id is [email protected] . also i raised the do not disturb Service of airtel. The customer care executive said it has been activated. Yet i still get spam messages on my number. I really need higher authorities to look into it.
