Deduction of Money without making any call

I have a prepaid mobile connection of Airtel. I use it for 3G net with micromax modem and sometimes for dial. I recharged it with Rs 100/- on 01 Jun for talk time and Rs 450/- for 3G Net. I got talk time for Rs 87.50. I was dialed only for 10 to 15 minutes since its recharge. A balance of Approx Rs 80/- was left. I checked my balance talk time on 15 Jun. I was surprised to see that my balance talk time was shown Rs 0.05. I tried to talk with customer care on 15 Jun but no one given a satisfied answer. On trying after one after, Consumer care told me that your amount has been deducted and the same will be credited in your account within next 48 hours. On completion of 48 hours, when I saw that no amount has been returned to me, I again talked to customer care on 17 Jun. They replied me that your amount has been deducted by using your net and therefore no amount will be returned to you.

I request you to please approach Airtel Mobile to return my deducted amount at the earliest and warn him for not to deduct any amount in future. My Contact No is 8800641389.
