I own 2 cards 9600081589, 9600081562 .
I had raised a request for Change in Bill Cycle for both the nos..Unfortunately, 96000 81562 was not converted to new bill Cycle ..
So when i tried calling Customer care, they asked me to pay outstanding bill
I paid and the amount was debitted from my Bank A/c, but not updated in Airtel Site. The Site told "Sorry... your Transaction was not successful ".i ended up paying the bill twice. Please note the reference No of ICICI

Again I called Customer care, for change in Bill Cycle Change ..They told me unless the payment is confirmed they can t take the request... They also had asked me to call back after the payment is done ..
There was a Network Issue in Srirangam, for Airtel Sim, for which I had logged a complaint. Please refer the Complaint No
Things I need from Airtel Side, done :
1.Processing of my Amount Paid... Refunding back / Tallying the amount for next payment
2.Change in Bill cycle for 9600081562 from 26th to 25th of every month for bill generation
3.Netwrok issue Salvation
4.Monetary Amount for making misleading Info, repeated waste of time in calling customer care
Now the Places where, iwas misleaded :
1.When I raised, request for bill cycle change for both sim cards, the person who took the request dropped out one request, which triggered all these confusions
2. The Airtel Site showed me a misleaded Message "Sorry... your Transaction was not successful ", while the amount was actually debitetd..Why can t the site be repaired
3.N/w issue is never really solved
