Mobile No. 09958629819 is always being deducted abrupt amounts from my balance, calls are not known to me. since 11 May 09 I have been cheated about Rs 450 to 500 through one way or the other. I have many times spoken to Karnataka customer Care regarding the same as a roaming number. But they are not replying except to convince me that I have to call to Delhi call centre. Including the recent calls made to Delhi call centre while in roaming at Bangalore. The complaint calls itselft costs me Rs 20.50/- as no mistake of mine to complaint my deducted amount to customer care. A last complaint to Delhi customer care on 25/04/10 for putting hello tunes without asking. Thuogh my amount was refunded but I lost the amount Rs. 20.50/- to make the calls to customer care for the same without my any mistake this type of instances are in vouge by airtel on my mobile and the amount is being deducted not meagre that you will not come to know rather in huge amounts in terms of mobile recharge money. Complaint No told by customer care on 25/04/10 is 30425636629.
kindly suggest me what to do as a consumer if my lost money will not be refunded by the Air tel. Please reply on my E mail ID [email protected]
