my name is harish kumar and my contact no-9958750397 i am your coustomer more then 8 months on 17th nov i had made called to ur customer care 2 time at around 6:05 pm regarding my bal.deduction any agent AMRITA was picked the my line 1st time she appologise me. And aftr i was told her should i talk to your seniour bcoz i have facing this kind of prob.many time but no body shotuot my prob.but some technical prob my line has been disconnected. Aftr that i am again made a cal to your customer care one of MR AMAN was picked the my line and i told him everything but he doesn t have to sense how to talk with customer and he told that my bal deduction is my fault really i dont know what should i do bocz airtel is the india s biggest telecom company but your customer service is BIG 0 i mean that guy behaviour is very aggresive and he cann t able to shotout my prob.i think MR AMAN should go to tranning room again.really i dont know which type of your agent cordination.i am very disappoint your customer care helpline.many time i had made a complaint to your customer care regarding my bal.deducation prob but no body shot out my prob.i am glad if u r shot out my prob
