Disconnect my pre paid connection!

Before a month i took this new pre paid number - 9910769194. Sim No. 8991100610049861468life time for my mother but in my name. I had also submitted my documents at the time of taking connection but on 02.08.2007 i found that this has been disconnected. If i have already submitted my documents then why they ask it again & again. I called to customer care executive but literally she said that your number has disconnected and you have to visit to Okhala Office for submitting documents. I don't no why the are bothering me!
