I surrendered my airtel connection 9818287355 in March, which was disconnected on April.3 as per the communication received from AIRTEL. Ref No. 79833263291. Since then, I have been requesting them (nodalofficer/ appellate) every fortnight by sending e-mails for which I promptly receive auto generated e-mail replies but till now even after four months, the deposited amount is not refunded.
