I hv a Airtel DTH connection -ID 3004677437. This is not working from 11th April'11. I had lodged a complain over telephone & even e-mailed them. Till now there is no one who hv contacted / or resolved the problem. It is very difficult to get hold of them on telephone. It seems they do not have band width to handle so many customer & harrassing the customers. With company like Airtel this is unexpected.
