Phone not working for the last 10 days due to non payment of bill

I have Airtel fixed line 42041024 and the same is not working for the last 10 days. Understand that due to non payment of bill for the last month, the line has been disconnected. Atleast

At the same time I also want to bring to your notice that last week, an executive from bill collection centre called and informed that he was coming to collect the payment but in vain. Later when i checked with the person, he told me that he is on leave and will be coming when he resumes work. I am surprised that there is no alternative person who can be assigned with the job. I do not remember the person's name but i do have his contact no. mentioned herein - 9036168626

I am very disappointed and unhappy with the kind of service provided. Hence i would like to disconnect my Fixedline at the earliest and will not be willing to pay for the last 10 days as it was not in working condition.
