AIRTEL GPRS Wrong Charges Deduction & Rude Behaviou

Dear Sir,

I am Mukesh Sachdev. I am using Airtel Mobile Services with GPRS. I am having GPRS renewable scheme every month.

So I was surfing net even on last date of scheme. But After 12:00 am. Airtel deducted 105 Inr. from my account without any Warning.

Airtel didn't even warned me that its your last day of GPRS or for renew you should not have use GPRS for an hour.

For that I complained to Airtel on 11/2 for refund of this deduction they denied, but anyhow they registered this complaint.

They promised me they will call me back till 14/2 but they didn't. And when I called on 15/2 they didn't responded me well.

They behaved very rudely & now even after holding a call for 15 min. they are not transfering a call to Supervisor. I have recorded the calls for the proof if can be helpful for you..
