GPRS Problem

I have activated Airtel GPRS (89 Rs Monthly Rental) on 4th Dec but I am not able to browse internet. it gives error: Remote Party has ended connection

however when I dial 123 6# it shows 100MB in my account and validity till

4 Jan.

So many time I called to Airtel customer care but it didn t respond well. I have tried to get GPRS settings by sending SMS to 2567 but Message auto response which I got is Your Mobile is supported for GPRS pls dial 121 to get internet settings.

However when I called to customer care they are saying that my mobile is not supported for GPRS. how can it possible as I am using GPRS on the same mobile since last 3 month this is first time I am facing problem.even I changed mobile with Nokia N71 also but than too I am not able able to browse with Airtel Sim.

As I am facing problem since 5 days still there is no response from Airtel support for resolving problem.
