I got my number to a postpaid on 9th June and called up airtel customer service on 10th to get the 98 rs for 2 gb GPRS plan activated. the advisor explained me the plan and mentioned will get activated in 4 hours. after which i get a call today that i have nearly been charged Rs 1200 for the same servise where i was under the impression that it was 98 rs a month as long as i am within 2 GB of usage. as a prepaid customer i always used this service and diligently refilled my number for the same so thr is not reason why i would not do the same with postpaid. i am very dissatisfied with this experience since the collections dept calls me again n again asking me to pay without lodging a complaint threatening to disconnect my outgoing services if i didnt make tht payment in 2 hours. I would require some assistance with the same and have mailed the nodal officer and appelate manager for this too with my complaint number which is 38127919. Again today (23rd June) i called up customer service and the representative again mentioned that my service will be activated in 4 hrs and i will get a text message however i have still not recieved the text message.
