Hi

I am airtel prepaid customer. My number is 9950685069.

I recharged with GPRS Internet pack of Rs.98 on 05 July. From 27 July I am not able to connect to gprs internet connection. Whenever I am trying to connect it responding data connection lost error.

I called @198 complaint helpline number of airtel. I told the customer support person Mr. Babulal about my problem then he responded me aggressively that I should call on some gprs number not on this number. I asked him that I want to submit a complaint regarding this concern, that's why I called at this 198 number. He replied in rude manner and when I asked about another number then he gave me 12118 for gprs helpline. Ref. No. : CMOBI20728359943. This is very shameful that how you people are treating your customers.

In this way your customer care person is taking care of airtel consumers. We are paying in advance for your services and you people treating us in that rude manner instead of solving issue.

I already faced data connection lost in previous month also, then you people settled it with giving back 15 days amount Rs. 45 to me.

Now I am facing same problem again.

I am fed up with this type of service given by airtel.

Should I move to some other service provider.
