My complaint is against airtel, as they have been charging me for GPRS service which has not been activated by me. This same thing has been happening with me for the last three months, i got it deactivated but they still charged me saying that it takes one month to deactivate it and hence nothing can be done about the deducted amount.
This month too i did not activate the service, but they charged me 98/-, i called customer care at 121 but both times the executives put me on hold for 5 mins and ultimately disconnected my call, the staff is not only shameless in this regard but also rude.
I want airtel to correct this cheating behaviour immediately and not charge customers for any services which the customer has not activated.
I would like a follow up of this complaint and want justice done at the earliest.
