Airtel Unauthorised Deductions and Poor customer service

Offlate it is noticed that Airtel being one of the largest supplier of GSM service has become very care less about customer services.

I have close to 5 connections of GSM service and i find one or the other issues with Post Paid services

1) Unauthorised deductions in the name of various schemes in post paid service. If we call and ask customer care excecuitve says sorry and we will refund you back. What is happening how much money is Airtel robbing like this??? this is nothing both robbing people. There are many people who will not even know what is happening. Assume if there are 1 million customers who really dont know what is happening airtel is robbing around 1 crore ruppes from inoccent people.

For a company like airtel this is pathetic and i feel very sad to expresse that i am one of the customer of airtel.

2) Poor and pathetics customer service from airtel. Having so many people they could not solve my one problem of SMS . Really surpraised to see that how this company operates with such are poor problem solving techiniques.

IT IS HIGH TIME THAT AIRTEL SHOULD BE AVOIDED FOR USAGE.
