Dear Sir,
My prepaid Mobile Tel. No is 9995684029. On 6th July at 2.16 pm., an amount of Rs 44
has been charged to the above account in the name of sms service. But I have already taken this sms service 1 week before.on 6th day i have not activate any sms services. When i try to call customer service number (both 198 and 121) there is no option for complaint registration. Anyway i lost 44 rs.please help sir..Please resolve the issue immediately.
