Number Portability

Dear All,

I have given request for number portability from Airtel to Idea. My number is 9975610561. This request I had given almost 2 weeks ago. I have got 2 call from Airtel for confirmation. I have confirmed that I want to PORT OUT. Still my Airtel number is active & Idea Sim is inactivated. I got call to pay outstanding amount that I had paid 1 week ago. Now who will be responsible for this week bill.

Please arrange to convert number from Airtel to Idea.
