Hello sir

My name is Bharat Meghnani. I have been the customer of Airtel India from last 7 years.

On 15th July i activated 3g service on my number-9001800159 and i recieved a message

that 3g service will be activated on my number within four hours but before actiation of

3g service my balance got deducte and i came to know that the 3g service is still not

active on my number.

When i called up to the customer care and registerd my complaint whose number is [CWRCH-30715665758]

as told by Mr. Abhay Drivedi[Senior Executive].He said that the balance has been deducted because of

the usage of internet 3g service but the service was still not active on my number and moreover that

i did not used internet in between those four hours and Airtel India deducted my balance of Rs 200.

Hence i request you to look into the matter and do the needfu, waiting for your action.
