Airtel India in terms of addressing its customer complaints is at an all time poor condition.
I had been having horrible experience for last 6 months and the same has been reported by so many on web as well as in my friend circle.
I asked to deactivate my DND service, which basically bars spam messages and calls to encroach my number. Even after one month and false assurances, it remains the same.
Earlier I used to receive around 50 messages a day, now after complaint, it has increased to minimum 150 messages.
Its horrible customer service. I am planning to drag them to court.
Will Consumer court be the right forum or should I approach the regular court.
