Wrongly deduction of charges

I m using no 9871103703 and big fat free store service is activated on my account and 5 Rs/ per day has been charged daily. After making a lot of complaint in customer care for deactivation of this service I am still waiting for the solution and charges is still deducting from my account. Worst service Provide
