Airtel delaying my MNP application

my name i Rahul R Sonpasare

I am using airtel no 9860707067 (maharastra) for the last 4 yrs. And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from Airtel to IDEA.where i works airtel network not working properly so,

And i went to IDEA show room on date 21 april and i submit my id proof, photo and porting charges.my unic porting no is AZ197626

procedure of portability is 7 working days, airtel delay 16 day But i dont receive any message from Airtel mobile operator accept or reeject porting . they are simply delaying my complaint saying somany lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here airtel is denying that right for me.

I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.

I contacted my airtel customer care about this issue no one has respondig. Please. Help me si
